Does it work on my phone?: It is built for the phone first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. A laptop works too, but you never need one.
What about my crew?: Invite them by email. They see only the projects assigned to them, never your prices, your costs or your totals. Admins see everything.
How do taxes work?: Set GST, HST or your sales tax once. Every estimate and invoice applies it to the taxable lines and rounds the way your accountant expects.
How do clients pay?: By card, from the invoice link, through Stripe. The money goes to your own Stripe account and your own bank. E-transfer, cash and cheques are recorded in two taps.
Is my data mine?: Yes. Export all of it as a zip whenever you like, and delete the business yourself if you leave. No other business can ever see yours.
What if I cancel?: Cancel from inside the app. Your data stays readable for 30 days, and then it is gone for good.
